Iām interested in the value of any of Idealistaās data. They definitely have the truth but Iām sure what they report is selective. They send me a monthly report on the property I rent and it couldnāt be further from reality if they were making it up.
They *should* have pretty complete asking price data, at least enough to say "the average asking price in x barrio is ā¬xxx". But when it comes to putting a value on properties that aren't up for rent or sale ā yeah, you're right. They put up some *strange* estimates (we get them too). (Product tease: I'm working on a property pricing tool, and hope to roll it out here soon.)
For example the value that Idealista gives in my āmonthly reportā to the rental cost of where I live is way off, an a million miles off the increase the landlord has just requested.
Not me, not being eligible for a mortgage as an autónoma until October 28 this year.
We feel your pain. The autónomo system is a *%#$&*.
