We visited Alo’s in La Horqueta, a modern bistro with Argentine origins located outside the city in San Isidro. Chef Alejandro Feraud whipped up molleja braised with molasses and served with cucumber, cilantro, and mint. The result is a complex and exciting mix of flavors, very much worth the trip outside Capital.
