Even though the news cycle is completely dominated by the investigation surrounding Santiago Maldonado’s disappearance, the political world keeps spinning and is not being kind to former President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.

In the second part of this week’s Bubble Podcast, hosts Adrian Bono, Demian Bio, Bianca Fernet and Majo Avalle discuss Gerardo Pollicita’s (the prosecutor investigating the accusation made by his late colleague Alberto Nisman — who had argued that the former president attempted to cover up Iran’s role in the 1994 AMIA Jewish Center attack in exchange for trade deals) decision to called her to testify before a judge. We also discuss Cristina’s reasons to publish an “open letter” to the other opposition candidates in the midterm elections, calling on them to drop their bids and rally behind her to defeat the Macri administration.
