This weekend, prepare to have all your senses blown away by the Regia Fashion Crew Festival at one hell of a cool place in La Boca.
As the name suggests, you’ll be swimming in a flood of innovation, style, trend and all things artsy. That means creativity in various shapes and forms: Jean-Michel Basquiat-inspired fashion (among others), art shows, multi sense design and Latin American bands and DJs. Food trucks, too. Just because.
It doesn’t stop there. It gets quirkier. Apparently there will be an area dedicated to chilling, reading and discovering independent publications, books, magazines and records. There’ll also be a bunch of Argentine artists doing audio-visual experimental work “through poetic language in order to explore history and question structures and transformation.” Pretty quirky indeed.
You had me a food, to be honest. There is always time for carne, papas and empanadas.
Anyway, here’s the program:
The Facebook event also has a ton of information about all the different artists. If you aren’t feeling a Saturday of oriental vibes at Plaza de Barrancas or non-stop electro music at PM, then there is bound to be something that tickles your fancy at this international multi-platform festival. Plus, it’s free, so you have no excuse.
When is it? September 19 from 2 PM to midnight.
Where is it? Usina Del Arte (Agustín Caffarena 1, esquina Av. Pedro de Mendoza, Las Boca).
