Riding the subway in Buenos Aires today is not going to be possible as the entire network of operators is on strike today in protest after a 21-year old service worker was killed after being electrocuted during a maintenance workshop last night. The subway worker was part of the team that operated the H line.

“We will meet with people from Metrovías this morning to learn about what happened. That is our main concern at the moment, then we will see when the service will resume, we will evaluate it during the march,” Daniel Domínguez, secretary general Deputy of the UTA said in a statement to TN.
