Redhead lovers rejoice.

British pop-folk sensation Ed Sheeran is hitting Buenos Aires this Autumn. That’s right. Your favorite 25-year-old singer-songwriter is rocking La Plata’s Estadio Único on Saturday, May 20th.

This is the second time that Ed has graced Argentina, after two sell-out dates at Luna Park stadium in April 2015. The tour to promote his new album ÷ (“divide”) — out on March 3rd — begins on March 16th in Italy, going through Europe and parts of Latin America.

Different to many other big stadium performers, Ed opts for a more pared-down performance, with just himself and his guitar on stage. But that doesn’t by any means detract from his performance, if anything his uniqueness is in his ability to command a stadium of people with just his voice. Simple and incredibly effective. Expect to see 50 000 mesmerized fans on May 20th when he plays the Único stadium.

‘Shape Of You’ is one of the first singles that was released from ‘Divide’ last month. It debuted at number one on both the UK Singles Chart and the Billboard Hot 100, with more than 240,000 downloads and 20 million streams during the first week in the US. Have a listen.
