It once seemed like this would never happen, but former President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner is giving a live interview to a journalist that won’t ask her softball questions for the first time in god knows how long.
From 3 PM, Fernández will be talking to Infobae Journalist Luis Novaersio. The Bubble is at the outlet’s newsroom and will be covering the event live, tweeting her most relevant statements as she provides them.
The interview comes at a particularly significant moment, as Infobae and Clarín today reported that Border Patrol analysts have concluded that late Prosecutor Alberto Nisman was assassinated. In case you forgot, four days before being found dead in his apartment with a single gunshot wound to the head, Nisman had accused Fernández and several other high-ranking officials of her administration of covering up Iran’s role in the 1994 AMIA Jewish center attack in exchange for trade deals.
