Craving a killer photo of the Buenos Aires skyline? Tired of feeling closed in by a forrest of towering skyscrapers? Need an excuse to leave work on time this Thursday? Buenos Aires has the solution for you then: free guided rooftop tours every Thursday this month!

Each week, the tour will meet at 6 PM outside the designated location. From there, the guide will take you to the building’s rooftop, one you might not have access to otherwise, all while sharing the history of the area and the surrounding buildings (in Spanish — so if you’re still working on your translating skills bring a hispanphone friend). After the tour ends, you are privy to a two-for-one cocktail special to toast the sun sets with.

Bring your buddy, a sense of adventure and your camera to these tours this month:

To start, your tour guide will walk you through San Nicolás’ Hotel 725 Continental where you can witness a panoramic view of the historic Avenida Diagonal Norte and an epicenter of the city. After soaking in the sights, you can soak in that cocktail special, in honor of Buenos Aires’ designation as the Iberian-American Capital of Cultural Gastronomy. Cheers to that!

6 PM | Free, but must Register | Hotel 725 Continental, Av. Pres. Roque Sáenz Peña 725

April 13th: Monserrat

From the Eurobuilding, you can enjoy views of Avenida 9 de Julio and over 40 rooftops from the Monserrat neighborhood. Same cocktail special. Same reason to celebrate, but this time you get to do it in this luxurious spot in Monserrat.

The city certainly saved the best for last. In the top floor restaurant of Club Alemán, you can enjoy a 360º view of city hotspots, including La Boca, Retiro, Puerto Madero, the Ecological Reserve, and Plata River.

6 PM | Free, but must Register | Club Alemán, Av. Corrientes 327

A reminder before you go: the tours are free, but you have to reserve your space online. Only for architecture lovers 18 years or older. Tours are cancelled if there is rain. Drinks are not included but are available to buy. Don’t be that person yelling to speak to a manager.
