Want to shake up your Sunday? Why not head on down to the Espacio Cultural Carlos Gardel to witness some mind-blowing moves to a hip-hop groove as Hip Festival returns for its second edition.
With a hip-hop DJ providing the beats, the floor will play host to over 130 dancers, with 16 choreographers delivering a whole host of styles from Locking and Popping, to Break and Street Jazz. The underlying theme of the event? Urban dance.
This edition will feature various new aspects; the first ever deaf dancing company in Latin America and a company who take part in competitions up in North America too. Amongst the talent will be dancers who work for the likes of Lali Esposito, Miss Bolivia and Sofia Reyes. For the dance appreciators and hip-hop fans amongst us this new edition won’t be one to miss.
Last time round the event as backed by big deal sponsors like Redbull and Elepants and saw over 300 spectators and an array of choreographers including Matias Napp, winner of the Argentine dancing show, Bailando por un sueño (Dancing For A Dream) in 2015.
